SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping within Mainland USA for all full price purchases over $200. Depending on when you need to receive your new purchase, we offer a range of shipping options as below.

SHIPPING SERVICES

USA

• UPS Ground 3 - 5 Business Days $15 USD

• Free for purchases over $200 USD
• $15 USD for Purchases $199 and below.

• UPS - 2 Business Days $25 USD

• UPS Priority Air - Next Business Day $35 USD

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide Express.

• $30 AUD for Australia
• $20 USD for the rest of the world.

 Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days to metro areas. If you're outside a metro area, please allow an extra 1–3 days.

• You may need to pay duties and taxes when your order arrives. These fees are set by your country and are not included in the checkout price.
• By placing an order, you agree that Nicholas is not responsible for these charges, and we cannot control or estimate them.
• If you refuse the delivery and the package is returned to us, any fees charged (like duties, taxes, or return shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund.

To estimate any import fees, please contact your local Customs Authority.

ORDER PROCESSING

We ship orders from Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.

All orders received prior to 12pm (Pacific Standard Time) will ship on the same day. Orders received after 12pm will ship on the following day.

During peak periods such as Sale, Promotions or Holiday periods, please expect a delay in the processing of your order and allow up to 2-3 business days for your item to ship.

Please note that these are the shipping windows quoted by the carriers.

Please be mindful that on the rare occasion your order may be impacted by customs delays or delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, natural disasters, or international public holidays. Whilst we don’t have control over this, we will always help wherever we can to expedite things.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email or SMS notification (according to your preference) containing shipping confirmation and tracking information.

You can follow the progress of your order at any time by logging into MY ACCOUNT or simply clicking on the link in the notification email.

STOLEN PARCELS

It is the customers' responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. NICHOLAS is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.

DAMAGED PARCELS

NICHOLAS is not liable for any damage sustained to parcels once delivered to the nominated address.

PACKAGING

In our ongoing efforts to support sustainability, every order mindfully and minimally packaged using eco-friendly and 100% recycled materials.

Please REUSE, REPURPOSE or RECYCLE our packaging.

RETURNS

Nicholas gladly accepts returns of FULL PRICED ITEMS that are unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered within 7 days of purchase delivery. Returns will only be approved if all the above conditions are met and the original tags are attached.

RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING CHARGES

Returns within the USA are subject to a return charge of USD $20

International returns are subject to a return charge of $30 
Australian returns are subject to a return shipping charge of AUD $30

Return shipping charges will be deducted from the total of your refund

Items purchased on Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

PRE-ORDER

Items available for preorder appear with the option to “Preorder” rather than “Add to Cart”; the estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page beneath the description. When purchasing an item available for preorder, you will be charged immediately. Once your preordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
