SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS
Shipping & Dispatch
We take great care in preparing every NICHOLAS order and aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
USA Shipping
• UPS Ground (3–5 Business Days) — $15 USD
• UPS 2 Business Days — $25 USD
• UPS Priority Air (Next Business Day) — $35 USD
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide Express
• Australia — $30 AUD
• Rest of the World — $20 USD
• Orders are processed on business days only
- • During standard periods, orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- • Orders placed before 12pm (PST) on a business day may be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will ship the following business day.
- • During Sale, promotional events, or holiday periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, please allow up to 2–3 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are a guide only and commence once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery times may be impacted by factors outside of our control, including customs clearance, weather events, or courier delays.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s customs regulations.
Duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be displayed before payment is completed.
If you refuse the delivery and the package is returned to us, any fees charged (like duties, taxes, or return shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund.
Please contact your local Customs Authority if you require any further details on charges for your location.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. NICHOLAS cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels to ensure timely delivery. Where applicable, you will receive separate tracking notifications for each shipment.
Delivered, Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, NICHOLAS is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly. Our Customer Care team is happy to assist with any supporting information required.
Returns & Returns Shipping
We want you to feel confident in your purchase and love what you receive.
- • We happily accept returns on full priced items within 7 days of delivery.
- • Returns request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery.
- • Returns that fall outside 7 days from delivery will be not be accepted.
- • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached
- • Items marked Sale or Final Sale are not eligible for return
- • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is deemed faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Sale & Promotional Purchases
During Sale or promotional periods, dispatch times may be extended as outlined above.
Items marked Sale or Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
Items marked as Pre-Order or Made-to-Order will have an estimated dispatch date noted on the product page.
These dates are provided as a guide only and may be subject to change. Pre-Order and Made-to-Order items are subject to the same return conditions unless otherwise stated.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible with your order number and clear images of the issue.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution in line with consumer law.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations as orders are processed quickly.
