Nicholas offers free delivery on all orders. Orders are shipped via Australia post eParcel express service.

After your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process and dispatch your order.

Orders placed from Friday 2pm, Saturday & Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Important Information

All orders shipped via Australia Post eParcel Express Service require a signature upon delivery.

We do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.

To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address (i.e workplace) where there will be someone to receive it between 9am – 5pm.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification email from Australia Post

You can also track your order for an Estimated Time of Arrival from the Australia Post website auspost.com.au/track

*Kindly note these are estimated delivery times only, and unfortunately we are not able to guarantee them. Nicholas will not be liable for any delay in delivery. In particular, during our sale periods delivery may be longer than the specified above.

International

Nicholas offers $20 AUD flat rate delivery on all orders. Orders are shipped FedEx International Priority

Friday, Saturday & Sunday International 5-7 Days*

Important Information

All orders shipped will be shipping internationally via FedEx require a signature upon delivery.

We do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

You may be required to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees and/or other duties specific to the destination Country in order to receive your order.

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if the order was placed with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
